First, you’ll need an online investment account. Once set-up, you can buy bonds when they are first issued, aka released, or buy them after issue from another investor. To buy at issue, you’ll have to sign-up to buy the bonds. You can set yourself up for email notifications when new bonds are due to be released to market or look out for alerts from your broker.
